When adding new tags at the bottom of the new note, start with any symbol, then try to write Russian b ('б') and it will not be written. There are two cases: 1) it can add a tag if there will be any in pop-up help window or 2) it does nothing if there is "Add new tag" in pop-up window. I think the problem is that 'б' on Russian keyboard is located on the same button as ',' symbol and it is interpreted as ',' despite the selected keyboard layout.
