    Evernote your gonna start losing a lot of customers if you continue to allow threads like this to go unacknowledged. Cant you make a note to manage your customer service? These people are giving amazingly valuable feedback that will improve your product... And this is what I see... crickets. And if the "moderator" doesn't allow this post I will start begin my boycott... or I could become a great advocate... do the right thing
