Looks like I have to keep deleting the cookies. Not sure if there's an event that causes this happen though. -

I had to delete my cookies in Firefox 79.0 to finally login. Previously, I could only get a response that forced me to login with my Google account, which I don't have linked. I never got an option to use my Evernote account. Deleting all 16 of my evernote cookies fixed it.
