refreshing the page does not fix the issue I end up in the same error page
using my MAC, I installed the app, I login, after that a black popup is displaying with a green spinner gif, which does not load any info. It stays for a while, than it closes. when I click on the app window, the pop up shows up again. Endless loop
Any help on both issues?
I already uninstalled the app(using app cleaner) restarted the mac and installed the app again
