  1. I appreciate the 3.5 folder explanation FactMan and Emerick. So that's not the issue. Emerick - I'm still getting the "Synchronization Failed" error message on the desktop app. To test whether it was really synching or not, I did an update to a note in the app, hit synch (got the error message), and then checked the note via the web version of EN and that note had in fact been updated. Should I just uninstall EN and re-install? Any idea why I'm getting a "failed" message when it's actually synching? Thanks, Kim
  2. I also upgraded from 3.5 to 4.1 on Jan 7. I uninstalled 3.5 and installed 4.1. Now I can't Synchronize the work I did yesterday (Jan 8). Going into C:/Program Files/Evernote -- I saw there are two folders there: C:/Program Files/Evernote/Evernote & C:/Program Files/Evernote/Evernote3.5 - could this be the issue? The the Evernote3.5 folder seems to contain the exact duplicate file in the Evernote folder. I don't understand why it is there if I went through the uninstall. I tried using the evernotesVersions utility but experienced the same thing as jmessedertoo - it only finds EN 4.1. I also ran Revo Uninstaller and it only found EN 4.1. Ran the Junk tool and it didn't locate any EN 3.5 files. Again, I'm not sure this is causing the inability to synchronize, so please confirm. Thanks, Kim
