  1. You seem to have posted the same thing in multiple threads. Just in case you don't make it to the others https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  2. Answered in your other very similar post https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  3. Probably not. The company is now based in Italy. Meanwhile you can go to https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  4. The warning you are seeing is advisory. V10.59.5 of the app includes the option to disable the warning as well as move the data storage to a different location. However since many users are reporting bugs with v10.59 you might do well to ignore the error until v10.60 arrives. If you've received 10.59 then tweak the settings.
  5. The Android release notes in Google Play Store also say "We came we saw..." etc. There really isn't any advanced warning of changes to come in any of the applications. The release notes are presented after installation - a kind of celebration of progress. Those facing and struggling with the white screen issue and came to these forums did have advanced warning. Perhaps there should be a confirmation screen when an update is installed. Certainly a pop up which explains such a significant change. Or even a menu item where Passcode would be set explaining what is happening. Nonetheless, the Passcode needed to be suspended to get access to notes for everyone. The Devs are working to restore Passcode function asap. In the meantime, log out when you stop using the app and back in when you are ready to go if you need that level of security. Personally I consider the Passcode protection illusory but, of course, YMMV.
  6. Did you manage to read the explanations earlier in this thread? There is a bug in the passcode function. Get the latest version and Passcode is disabled to allow you to see you notes. For now this choice is no passcode or white screen. A fix will be along soon.
  7. No. But if you run Windows and were to be updated by surprise you could use the Windows System Restore feature and go back to the day before.
  8. At the moment Free continues. Ignore the Email and you will stay on Free. Free is continuing.
  9. I've no idea how Teams support might be different. Sorry. I'm now out of ideas.
  10. Have a search for AutoHotKey via your favourite search engine. I'll try to render to fish out my AHK script. AHK requires a willingness to write some code. Otherwise there are other programs for developing keyboard shortcuts.
  11. It's this an issue with the Android app? If so, then can you tell us which version you have? If not then you may be looking in the wrong place for your answer. Even so tell us which app version, OS.
  12. I'd say don't hold your breath but you might get a pleasant surprise well before Christmas.
  13. No mine is there as well Actually we had a meeting of Evernote Experts today and in the small unscientifically selected group of users, nobody was having the issues described. That's not to say it isn't an issue - just that it isn't universal. We discussed this at some length this morning and our staff contact was taking it back up the chain today. She also said that v10.60 is still scheduled for the end of next week and she anticipates it will include bug fixes. I'd guess the early part of the following week.
  14. I think that the ticket system is down for you but not for everybody. I just checked and I can log in to submit a ticket without a challenge. That's why I wanted to check whether it was the original issue or a new one that were commenting upon. I have no idea why you could not connect to the support area. Could you try a different web browser in case whatever you are using is isn't playing well with the Ticket service? I am using Firefox. I don't have the issue you describe with Chrome but, just today, I do find that Chrome is hanging on the support ticket form. I tried Edge and that worked just fine. I don't have time to mess with Chrome. It could be a plug-in or cookies etc. It worked last time I used this with Chrome but that was months ago. Firefox is good, for me, right now.
  15. I'm not sure what you mean... Are you saying that the option to send a support ticket is not available or that you sent a ticket but have not, yet, had a response? Support tickets are only available to users with a paid for subscription. My experience is that ticket turn round time is about four days. Or are you saying that you are on the Free plan and are not able to submit a ticket as a result? Or are you saying that you still have the problem in your initial post that highlighted that you cannot connect to the support ticket system? You could access the ticket system via a mobile app. Support is in the settings and is generally an easier method.
  16. I just tried highlighting a block of text and then deleting with Swiftkey and then repeating the process with Gboard. It worked just fine with both keyboards. Evernote 10.52.2 and Android v13 Something flakey but I couldn't say what. Nonetheless there are a couple of other issues between Gboard and Evernote for Android so you are not crazy
  17. This is a different issue to the one described. You might need to open a support ticket to get the issue noticed.
  18. Please re-read the posts above to understand what is going on and the process that is being followed.
  19. I haven't seen this reported recently but in the past for sure. There are a number of issues that exist between Gboard and Evernote. I don't know where the problem can be tackled. Is it an Evernote issue or a Gboard issue? I did try a couple of alternative keyboards on my phone and they worked just fine with Evernote. So one solution might be to try out a different keyboard and see if that does what you need. I think I tried Microsoft Swiftkey which worked well enough for me. But I'm back with Gboard and work around the one issue that affects me. In the meantime log a support ticket to get your concerns noted.
  20. I can say for certain that Evernote tickets are monitored for trends but probably not at first level. But even in these forums we get multiple threads that get opened about the same issue. Each one then drifts off to various other sidetracks. So, for me, both approaches have merit but I would say that both are needed.
  21. Closing the Windows doesn't close the program. Evernote runs in the background to keep the sync stuff going. Exit is the way to close things off.
  22. Nothing wrong with that. We just never know how much issues are picked up via the forums. Evernote Experts are encouraged to submit tickets in addition to any discussion. That's my preferred approach. Here, we often find solutions and ways of working that resolve things. The tickets flag the bigger issues for the developers. I know that the numbers of tickets on an issue are used to monitor how things are going.
  23. I thought I saw a suggestion from another user of a json tweak to block auto updates. Does that not work?
  24. I'll speak up for AutoHotKey. I know that @Mike P also uses this. I created a keyboard shortcut to add date AND time in my preferred format and never try to use the native Evernote shortcut
