  1. Of course not. But you could apply via the support ticket process. Just be sure to make clear which new bug you refer to.
  2. The download process to allow you to access ALL your notes offline can take sometime depending upon the size of your account. However, the thumbnails and summaries download fairly speedily. You can access any note by opening it and it will sync to your device ahead of what is going on in the background.
  3. @gphelps73 Since we are all users around here we do our best to help other users find ways to workaround issues whilst helping to help us manage our expectations. You can certainly advocate for a feature. You will rightly say that you don't care what I need. The key thing to remember is that development ideas have virtually never been commented upon by Evernote. As noted above, make your ideas known. But you should expect those who try to help to suggest that you are unlikely to see any such development at anytime in the near future. Evernote staff have said that their entire focus at present is speed and reliability. We also know that AI features are on their agenda. For thr rest expect to be waiting more than a year.
  4. Try raising a support request for Billing Support Ticket – Evernote Help & Learning
  5. In a few days the new version will arrive which specifically aims to fix the Passcode issue. In the meantime you can select LogOut in the current app. This will probably not be a good use of time since you might get the new version this week.
  6. There was an update message that some users feel was somewhat misleading and they thought they were getting an updated v7 but actually got v10. Since I have been using v10 for sometime I didn't see that message. I don't recommend use of v7 any longer. It seems that it has a very time limited existence. If you search these forums links to the old version are sometimes posted by others. If you need Legacy to keep you going until you find an alternative product then that could be a good way forward. If, though, you intend to transition to v10 eventually then I would recommend that you make peace with the change and discover how to work with the new product. It took me less than two weeks to forget how I previously did things in Legacy. As for backups, if you feel the need then you can manually achieve this backing up each notebook. Or you can automate the process with a GitHub project called evernote-backup or a commercial product called Backupery.
  7. Thanks for the suggestion. That's a Mac keystroke and I'm on Windows. As I noted, I rebuilt my local data and the DEL key now works again.
  8. By far the most common issue is simply using the wrong username and password. If you get that right you will see your notes without payment. If you get it wrong even paying will not help. It will, though, give you access to technical support. The support team may be able to assist beyond general advice. An EBX file is an electronic book so probably not what you need. https://file.org/extension/ebx
  9. All we can do is point you to changing your Evernote password and add two-factor authentication. https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004395487-What-to-do-if-you-suspect-unauthorized-access-to-your-Evernote-account
  10. Nobody here knows Evernote's plans other than that they focused solely on speed and performance. So I doubt, but don't know, that this feature is on any agenda at the moment.
  11. You need to work with technical support to resolve this. Open a ticket for billing.
  12. Evernote and the common Google Gboard soft keyboard does have problems like this. With Gboard trying a different keyboard can resolve things. So trying a different keyboard might assist.
  13. Rebooting etc is unlikely to resolve incoming Evernote notes via Email. This is a server side function. It would only help if you were having general sync issues. We know that last Friday Email maintenance was undertaken and that this may have caused issues then. If this continues for you then open a support ticket.
  14. A number of users reported this with v10.59.5 Either wait for the latest release or download from evernote.com
  15. In general, Evernote sniffs out the version of the browser. Older versions, mobile versions etc are ok prevented. On my tablet I have specifically set Evernote to open in desktop view. Perhaps your new version of Chrome isn't included in the versions that can be viewed. Or, possibly, your browser is attempting to open in a mobile view.
  16. An updated release 10.60.4 started today. It could we'll provide a resolution.
  17. The application is detailed on the GitHub pages for evernote-backup. I'd be reluctant to try and advise. You'll want to follow through the guidance. Try that first.
  18. Signed out, removed data. Signed back in and working again...
  19. Use of the DEL key to move a note to trash appears to have stopped working for me. The only way to move to trash seems to be via the menus. I tried reassigning the keys to something else but with not effect. Steps to reproduce: Highlight a note in the Note List column. Tap DEL. Nothing happens. Right click the view and select Move to Trash and it works.
  20. I think it unlikely that an external automation application will be able to do this anything soon. The Evernote API doesn't support Tasks so Zapier and similar will not be able to access the Evernote Task list. The idea seems useful but it will have to get sorted for development which I somehow doubt it's high on the agenda just now.
  21. It isn't something that can be turned on without your participation. You have to have provided and confirmed a mobile phone number to receive SMS or connected an Authentication app such as Google Authenticator.
  22. Looks about right. I think you also find program files in %LocalAppData%\Programs\Evernote. The exact storage configuration depends on the version of Evernote.
