While updating database please enable the scratchpad feature already
in Evernote for Android Requests (Versions 10.0 and above)

100 percent agree. A note-taking app that won’t let you take a quick note is useless. I see they’ve done nothing about this, though, sadly. I hope that changes, and soon.
