About mbajohr

  1. I created the note via SublimeText 3 + the evernote plugin for ST, Plugin can be found at: https://packagecontrol.io/packages/Evernote And yes, it is an issue with the beta version. Looking at the same note with a Mac or Windows that runs the stable Version - no problem.
  2. Being lazy and avoid double posting: Please see Cheers, Marcus
  3. Hej there, Mac Client Version 6.12 Beta 1, also Windows 6.6.2.5137 (305137) Prerelease It is not a problem with the note generated from within the evernote plugin for evernote. That has been working flawlessly for years now. The problem is your representation / rendering in the Desktop Apps for Mac and Windows. The Apps for iOS and Android are ok, The Web Interface is ok, too. Attached are 2 pictures: - Web.png shows how it's rendered and shown in the Web Interface - Desktop.png shows how it's rendered in the Desktop Apps. When exporting the Note to html, it is ok, too. Regards, Marcus Web: Desktop:
  4. @gazumped The inline code block is for example used if you just want to point out a command example. If you, like me, write a lot of tech stuff that feature would be really helpful. Inline example: To show all files in a directory, one would type ls -la and so on Code block example To show all files in a directory, one would type ls -la and so on You see that a code block for short examples breaks the readability?
  5. Hej @Johnathan Hebert, thanks for the information. Sadly your Workaround does not help - as i said - i am working most of the time with the Evernote Plugin for Sublime Text. I do have 3 possibilities to create a table: plain html table syntax, which is, in special with your given workaround of removing all spaces and newlines, like playing russian roulette with an automatic Wiki Tables Syntax, which misses some features GFM Tables Syntax, which i prefer So, Question is: do you have an estimated date for the next Mac release?
  6. Working cross platform, mainly Windows and MacOS, entering a lot of data via Sublime Text with the plugin sublime-evernote, i discovered an display issue that only shows on Evernote for MacOS. A table, e.g.: <table> <thead> <tr> <th>header 1</th> <th>header 2</th> <th>header 3</th> </tr> </thead> <tr> <td>content 1</td> <td>content 2</td> <td>content 3</td> </tr> <tr> <td>content 1</td> <td>content 2</td> <td>content 3</td> </tr> <tr> <td>content 1</td> <td>content 2</td> <td>content 3</td> </tr> </table> renders fine for Evernote Web and Evernote Windows, but not on Evernote Mac (and Evernote iOS, as i just discoverd) On EN Mac every cell is on its own line, see attached image. The real fun: exporting the as-it-seems-broken note from Evernote Mac to html and open it - all fine.
