I am so frustrated! I'm a premium user, using the online version of EN. I used to be able to drag PDFs from my desktop right into the window but can no longer do that. I get the little black circle with a bar across it. Also, I can't highlight or change anything in a note unless it's a PDF? If I clip something off the web it's totally unavailable for me. I have to download it as a PDF then upload it...except now I can't. I'm about ready to dump this and find something that is not so impossible to use!
