Here's my thinking about why it takes so long. They know the solution, but they saved it as a note in Evernote. Since Search is not working now the tech team is manually going through all their notes to find it.

If it takes longer than 12 hours to roll back a Code Change that has resulted in a SEV 1 ticket, then maybe Evernote should consider upgrading its cloud infrastructure.

My evernote search always return 0 results, on both OSX and web. This renders it unusable to me, since I have 2700 notes. If they cannot fix it by tomorrow I'll switch to OneNote.

Please fix this. This is getting very annoying since it provides no new info to me and distract me from my work.
