Plus one.. the price hike is ridiculous -- i was paying 69.00 when i started w/ evernote more than a decade ago .. now .. 160 ?? outrageous (and with features gone like auto filing of clips in the most likely notebook for nearly a. year now and no acknowledgment of the issue.. ( i mean who wants ALL their web clips in one folder??? ) i get this same error - my notes are not 'corrupt' . i'm doing the tedious - ridiculous 100 at a time (which is clearly there to discourage migration away from evernote).. at 19k of notes its slow enough. then to find it kick back on an export for 'one' note w. no real proper error msg.. i mean .. as above .. what is a 'banner' ??? there are no hints or direction on how to 'fix' the apparent issue... on this batch i deleted the offending note.. and voila .. it picks ANOTHER note w the same error. Heck it should at least give the option to 'skip' the offending note.. nope. "We found the following note that may be blocking the export. Please open the note and resolve any banners." (mac os)

Plus 1 i dont need or want ai... anywhere. and it just messed up my format bar by removing features i use all day... either allow me to remove the widget icon .. or allow me to rearrange the format bar to see things i use 100 times a day. no where in prefs to turn off the button.. no where in the button to remove either.

now when open any short cut note - it removes the side bar for notes list.. there's nothing in view to restore that... and whats w/ the new justification -- i'm very capable of centreing the note myself i want -- do not want or need you to auto justify it. it just looks stupid. lastly -- the edit bar (like above when i'm typing here) is gone until i click in the note - like my cell versions -- while thats logical to bar from accidentally editting on a phone / tablet its just disconcerting in a mac. note the screenshot -- the blank space where my notes list should be... ... there's nothing short about having to re-click my notes list when i'm done w/ my shortcut note mac os x ventura - 13.2 (22D49) evernote - updated today - 10.76.2-mac-ddl-public (20240214093250) Editor: v176.53.0 Service: v1.92.0

Same - since last update smart filling is completely gone.. and no its not cache as it happens on EVERY computer and device.. all of em send to my Misc Notes. Its really annoying as i have to go in an re assign everything... PLUS any notes i email to it - same behaviour it drops it in whatever folder was being used last (not even misc ...) pls fix this evernote - its been broken for months.

All rights reserved some notes take a minute or more to open - just showing blank - with 'saving' in the bottom right. while i LOVE that background sync is FINALLY back - its clearly not down right .. waiting this long to see a note (and thinking all that time it really IS blank and / or corrupt - since the tiny saving print is not readily obvious) is unacceptable. I tested by viewing the note several minutes.. going to another note in same notebook.. then BACK to original.. and yet again .. + 1 have a new mac w/ the notch out of the menu bar.. it limits the space and what icons show.. i dont need or want it -- but cannot remove it and its taking space for menu items i want there.

i placed this in general as it affects 3 of my 5 devices I updated about 30 notes about 3 hrs ago on my Win 10 (lastest version evernote) fast forward to now.. 30 min ago i opened my mac -- evernote not synced.. was recently updated a few days ago. closed.. re-opened no change popped over to my cell - android lastest version again --- force sync even from settings - nope nothing past oct 20th pop over to the evernote version on the web - yup all up to date - so the win10 SENT it up to evernote.. but my other 3 devices (2 android, 1 mac).. cannot.. get it?? ideas? this has happened more than once on android and mac -- and actually is causing note conflicts also on notes i edit often. 3 screenshots -- one from win showing other then the two i EDITED ON WINDOWS - no updates since oct 11.. android - stuck at. oct 20 and windows. -- dozens in the last few hours. any ideas how i can get it to force sync? when i go out ... i have to open the note .. old version.. and wait for it to sync over cell data b4 i can read it too. (instead of it just syncing at home .. over wifi on the fly)

Plus one i did a ton of changes hours ago on my win version.. pop over to mac - they're not syncing.. further more the stuff i DID update duplicated itself and cause 2 of the same file. new mac version seems to have some serious sync issues.

I was doing the 'as needed' but honestly - when it comes to several devices this wasn't working. for example i have a Mac, Win10, Android, Lenovo Yoga book (older android) and Ipad (which is always darnwell updating its database for some reason). so while i can see ok on mac and wins, the android ones are not so easy .. and it totally messes up the notes.. so i have to then go FIND it on mac or Win version and then fix it.. wait for sync then view it on android.. a total pita. for the same reason - back dating b4 v10 is not doable -- as i'd be doing that over 5 versions and the db's are already converted. thanks

so a few versions back - in a huge update - evernote started treating webclips ... differently.. boxing them in html in evernote - rather than editable docs. now i have 13k notes -- majority of them is web clips (recipes, how-to's, craft patterns)... typically i edit them to add check boxes (ie what row i knit), bullets etc... and in the original clipped format (pre html addition) they were easily readable on all devices.. now .. its a boxed html.. not editable .. and frankly a mess. now i know i can go to EACH and EVERY note and hit simplify etc. the issue with this is - well 13000 notes..and secondly it REDATES every single note i 'edit' to make editable. is there a way to turn off this "feature" of showing all my webclips in html? from the past 7 month or so going forward i have been clipping in 'simplified' where possible - but that doesnt fix the past broken notes. tia

several updates later this continues to be an issue - at least on win 10 now it sorts .. waits a few sec and reverts to by date (my fav is when it resorts while you're trying to edit the note.. fun stuff) I was sorting by name. any plans on.. as someone here suggested - i disconnected google and google drive (which also disconnected google calendar) in connected services. and no error on reconnect from within evernote. at that point evernote asked which calendars i wanted. (they may want to check in to that) . thanks people

same -- connected 4 times.. and ONLY cause the stupid app keeps bugging me to do so.. i get it you have integration - you only need to tell me once. anyways.. i connected -- i know it worked as i get an alert email from google saying new connection. but in evernote.. nada zip zilch and in evernote - now the widget changed to "connect to google calendar" instead of a blank daily planner

ver 10.10.15.win.ddl.public (2487) These search results should be sorted by date - but well 2012 does not come after 2013.... then tried to sort by location (notebook - you should REALLY call it notebook... !) .. and ZERO response from the app. choosing by title sorts but that lil arrow NEVER moves to the chosen sort column. (also i cannot seem to search WITHIN a notebook anymore) - choose the note book stack.. search -- STILL searches all 12000 notes.. 1085 found.. and i cant ... sort.. this is basic.. please stop adding new features and breaking basic, required tools.

It has inexplicably started working as it used to.. even on the browser i didn't reinstall the clipper on. so it was clearly on evernote's end. re corrupted - it (i think) would have to be corrupted on 2 laptops and 3 devices. i doubt it was that since it fixed itself. (unless it syncs that too as hidden data).

ok.. update ... i removed .. and reinstalled the clipper in opera in win 10.. as a test i had just clipped a scarf and sent it to scarves notebook.. previously if i tried to clip similar .. it would say Hey that's scarves. ok so reinstalled.. tried to clip .. nope MISC. so reinstalling is fail. can evernote support respond please?

i thank you for your post.. i will try that and to evernote : i pay a pretty penny annually for evernote not to have to do ***** like this. just to voice my dissatisfaction (not to you but to evennote ) at the updates that seem to be not even based on any user input just some developer whim. I know i didn't ask for home page, or to have to constantly to go to file quit to get notes to show... etc. and now to have to reinstall it across (for me ) 8 browsers

hi, as i said above. i have tested on both my mac os catalina AND my win 10 browsers. all of them no longer use the AI that picks a proper notebook case in point --- this is on my mac - opera. it used to send this kind of clip to Tech notes.. now .. Misc (default) only. smart filing IS on. but doesn't work since these last versions of evernote.

i don't know what this feature is called.. but i did use it very much. now all clips are sent to MISC. every browser so far i tested -- opera, firefox, (both win 10 AND mac os catalina) safari, everything goes to Misc. .. like the ai is completely broken. since the previous to this update (this one didnt fix). ??
