  1. Count me in... the screen is flaking and the same result since upgrading. I am on 10.68.3.
  2. It is happening throughout the note. And, as I type here in Chrome and this web form, it does not take place. I could be typing a sentence just like this, and at a random spot, it will delete some portion of what I just typed, and you cannot click "undo" as if some shortcut deleted it. Either there is some type of setting that is causing this in the app or it is a bug, but I assume there are ways to roll back to the previous version?
  3. I am typing text inside a table, and at random points, it is like there is an "undo" of sorts that will delete what I typed and erase a sentence or two or randomly stop wherever and either lead a few characters or where I had started before. I am running MAC OS 14.1 and have never seen this before. I restarted everything, and it continues. I will try outside of the table, but I immediately thought there was some shortcut I was accidentally hitting either from Evernote or another tool(s) I have installed, but as mentioned, I have never had this happen before. I have tried disabling all of the apps that run keyboard shortcuts, and the issue persists. I have very few issues with the upgrades other than the sluggishness that has been reported plenty of times. It gets better but then comes back. Regardless, I use Evernote for everything and would have seen this before. I believe yesterday (11/3), the new version was downloaded and updated, and today is the first time I have seen this. I am sure I will get a list of general questions about the environment, which I can answer, but the point is that this has never been an issue before. Something is up.
  4. @agsteele have you heard that this is on the roadmap at all? I have been waiting to be able to use either Zapier or IFTTT to bring tasks over to Todoist, which is my primary to do application. Evernote has had the reminders in the API for awhile and typically available to sync to another app, but as you have stated, tasks are missing. I have brought this up elsewhere and shared with Evernote but have not heard back.
  5. @agsteele thank you. Yes, the request was to be able to bulk delete or edit multiple tags in one shot. So for example, if I have 25 tags that have 5 or less notes associated to them and I wanted to delete those tags, I could not find a way to do that. I have to go one by one. It is not the end of the world and certainly not something that is a showstopper, but a pain nonetheless. Yes, I know I can select multiple notes and edit the tags using the blue bar. Thanks again.
  6. @Dave-in-Decatur nicely done! I would have thought that would have been one I tried, but sure enough, it works. Thank you!
  7. Thank you for sharing the article, I did see that and reviewed the options for MAC (new version). I cannot locate a shortcut from the keyboard to open a note in a new window, which is a common action and yet it does not appear to be shown. Just thought I would ask to see if anyone else had a suggestion on how to make it happen. Thanks
  8. I have to believe there is a default keyboard shortcut to open an existing note in a new window and I am simply overlooking it or getting confused on how it was would be labeled. Everything I have seen and read is about creating a new note, and that is not what I am looking to do. I am in a list view of current notes or one that was found in a search and I want to stay on the keyboard and simply open the note. I am on MAC OS and using the app primarily. I realize 3rd party solutions can help with this and the keyboard shortcuts on the MAC itself, but I really want to see where this is and how I missed it. Or, if it is not included in the two dozen already setup, understand why not. Does anyone have info to help? Thank you very much
  9. I know we can sort tags and show the notes in each, but I am looking for a way to bulk delete or edit tags. If I have multiple that do not have any notes or a single note, is there a quick way to bulk delete tags?
  10. Thanks for the reply -- I use Evernote for my note taking and do so on all devices. Occasionally, I want to share the notes with non-Evernote users and although I know I can do so via the share feature, when you have an org that is Google Docs centric, it seems to make sense to share as a Google Doc. But a simple copy & paste does not always work well so the ability to convert would be great.
  11. I cannot seem to find the best way to integrate Evernote Notes with Google Drive or Google Docs. Does anyone know the best way to move a note into Drive and have available as a Google Doc? I have read about several different ways, and thus far the best option has to be to export as PDF and then open as Google Docs. But tables and other formatting becomes an issue and I spend more time cleaning the thing up which defeats the purpose. It seems like the native Evernote tables and other items do not convert nicely to PDF which then means Google Docs is a mess. Perhaps the main issue is the formatting when exporting to PDF, but there should be an easier way to open a note in Google Docs. The integration from Drive to include a file in a note is great, but I need something for the other way. Is there a tool or process that works well?
  12. The calendar view on the home screen has two options - timeline and list. I often review meetings at the end of the day and both views show nothing on the calendar widget. The timeline would make sense to not show anything given the current time and open slots. But the list view should show the list of meetings in the widget so you can easily navigate to the meeting and read, add, or edit notes. You cannot scroll up (MAC and Ios), and therefore after to view all or open up the page. I would like to see the list of the events for the day in the widget to click into them directly.
  13. Count me in for this as well -- would be great to add to the API for Zapier. Reminders are there, and yes, it works well, but that is to remind related to the note, not a true task. I know the task feature is great and glad it is finally here, especially with the calendar integration for adding action items/ tasks in the meeting notes. But I need to route them to the task manager and can not currently without adding them to the API.
  14. Tags can be added any which way you would like from the MAC app and phone / iPad. Yet the gmail add- on converts every tab to lower case. For those that are OCD and want them standardized, is there a way to easily convert or set a preference? All upper case? Proper? Lower case? And, the gmail add on is great but you can’t see which tags already exist which would be nice too!
