Hey I got the same problem and did the same thing but it hasn’t worked yet. It’s so frustrating. I got email saying someone logged in on web (Windows) from Moscow so I changed my password, worrying my personal information revealed. And now I can’t even log in on app, only web version. can you please fix it? BTW I don’t know why you don’t have 24/7 support for subscribed members??? Thanks
