  1. Windows Evernote 6.14.5.7671 (307671) Public (CE Build ce-48.0.5483) Not sure, but I think this could be a recently introduced bug... On a new line, if I type a SPACE, SPACE, and then BACKSPACE: Actual result: It deletes the BOTH spaces on that line and positions the cursor to the end of the previous line. Expected result: It should delete ONE of the spaces, moving the cursor back one position (ahead of the first space I typed) This is extremely annoying since I often type code snippets into Evernote, so I often type 4, 8, 12, or 16 leading spaces to indent the code, but if I overshoot by 1 character and press backspace, I have to retype that line. I looked under Tools -> Options -> Note (Advanced) but could not see any settings to explain this behavior. Thanks Jason
  2. I currently have to manually shrink each photo in photoshop elements on my desktop every time I include an image (which is frequently), which takes a lot of time. Without shrinking, evernote becomes really slow at scrolling the note, and the note is unreadable since the text doesn't flow well around a fullscreen image. I really like the idea of including a quick "Image Scale" menu option in all of the evernote clients. I often drag and drop images on my desktop into evernote (screenshots of apps, photos of whiteboard drawings) because my desktop has all the software to access photos from anywhere. I never want to capture a new image directly from Evernote.
  3. Thanks for the reply. I think my problem is not related to Outlook actually. I noticed the problem occurs when I open any hyperlink from my native mac Outlook app (which does not have any Evernote icon in the toolbar or any evernote-related settings) or when I open a hyperlink from evernote itself. I figured out my problem is that under Mac System Settings -> General, I have my default browser set to Evernote for some reason. I think there is a bug in my version of Mac OS where when I select the default browser in that settings window, it the picker widget displays the wrong selection, even though the correct selection is remembered. Anyway, after working around that, I can select my default hyperlink handler as Chrome and the problem went away. Jason
  4. Whenever I click on a hyperlink in the body of an email message in Outlook, Evernote automatically creates a new note populated with the contents of that webpage, which I then have to manually delete because I just intended to go to the link, not clip it. In Evernote settings, I don't see any option to enable/disable clipping. However, under the "Clipper" tab, there is an option to "Bring the clip to the front" which works correctly, and a button that says "Download the Evernote Web Clipper" which I seem to already have since it's aggressively clipping web pages. Is there a way to disable this behavior? MacOS 10.12.3 Evernote for Mac: 6.10 Outlook 2016 v15.30 Thanks Jason
  5. I use Evernote exclusively for taking notes in outline format, and it's still the biggest pain point for the app. In particular, on Mac, there is no toolbar icon to change the outline indentation. You have to go to the Format menu and select the Lists sub-menu and then select the Indent option to adjust the text.
  6. Same problem on MacBook Pro - I'm behind a corporate firewall, so I need a proxy settin in the app to sync. Jason
