Update, it seems to be fixed when i added a new note. this bug does panic ppl

Hi guys, I'm experiencing missing notes on my Evernote mac app. I have tried to uninstall it and install the latest version. I have cleared my browsing data just in case it was a memory problem. I have logged in to the web version, and all my notes are still there as expected. I noticed that my list of notes would load 100% for a split second then returns to the partial loading of list of notes. How to fix this issue?
