  1. Tasks have once again been left out.
    When trying to use the search field in tasks, it is not possible to type in an entire word, only letter by letter. When I type in a letter, I have to click on the field again and type in another letter until the word is complete.
    Tasks in some cases appear duplicated.
    Edited tasks return to their original state after a few seconds.
    Scratchpad keeps duplicating notes when synchronizing with iPhone.
    In other words, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

    Thanks, but I was in the right account, for me Evernote was 5 minutes with technical problems. A specific message about the error appeared.
    As we are going through a terrible phase and I am very concerned about the survival of Evernote as a company, I soon thought the worst. Now everything is back to normal.
    Sometimes just venting here on the forum.

    I got tired of it, I took out a 1 year subscription to Nimbos Note, I already have 40% of my notes transferred and so far it's working great.
    After this last Evernote failure what I started as an alternative to save my 20.000 notes in case Evernote stops for good is becoming a great alternative to Evernote.
    This is not a competitor's advertisement, choose what you think is best for you, but don't stand still waiting for some miracle.

    I've noticed that some tickets got closed even though there were still things to be done,  but that's the beauty of the https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests page.  Pick one of your tickets from the list,  scroll to the bottom of the page and you should see 'open a follow-up' or some such. 

    Simply ask for more help or an explanation if a fix is not available to you.

    Let's see if anyone ever gets back to me. ( never had a response from EN other than off the shelf nonsense about update software and check forums)

    I have the same issues with Evernote support. Just now they closed two tickets without answering or solving the issue.
    They updated Evernote for WEB even knowing the terrible problems that this version has.
    The worst thing is that we have no official position on what happens.

    Just happening again. Typing a task title, switching to set due date, after setting date I notice 90% of the task title is gone, only the first characters left. First time I thought I had been distracted. But then it happened again and again from time to time. Would really appreciate if Evernote would really fix this sooner than later.

  7. I didn't mean to offend anyone, 
    But if we analyze the posts of the Experts most of the time there is no criticism of the way Evernote has been acting in conducting this problem, when I refer to Experts I am also talking about those who have great channels on Youtube, you don't hear a word about this terrible problem that Evernote has been going through.
    My expectation is that Evernote will really explain what is happening and give a forecast of when we will have a solution, if this is not possible apologize and admit that everything is out of control.
    Some progress has been made, but the lack of communication, the lack of responding to our tickets (so requested by the Experts) leaves no alternative but to express ourselves negatively with the Evernote Team.
    Today is 1 month since I opened my first ticket on this subject, this first ticket and many others have been ignored and closed without response.
    Honestly this is not the professional way to treat your customers, if I acted like this in my business I would already be dead.
    I want to help, but there is no point in ignoring problems and pretending they don't exist.

  8. Hello everyone,
    Our dear Evernote is still lost in fixing the problems with the tasks.
    I still have the same initial problems (duplicate tasks slow synchronization etc).
    Unfortunately we have no response from Evernote, either here in the Forum or through the tickets sent.
    The experts who are on duty here in the forum passing hot cloths to Evernote trying to control the spirits of unsatisfied customers could try to get some answers that clarify our doubts, this would help a lot.
