Restore local notebooks or I will cancel my subscription

whodiini posted an idea in Evernote for Mac Requests (Versions 10.0 and above)

I require local notebooks and the latest versions have eliminated that option. Unless it is restored, I plan on canceling my subscription when it comes up for yearly renewal. Thank you
