I have this problem too. One solution I found is to just use the web version. The Windows app is equally slow and awkward to use anyway, so what's the point...

Related request, that has already been posted by someone else: I used to use these features a lot. Without these, it's much more difficult to look through search results.

Also, sort by location! I used this feature regularly. Once notes are shown in a table view, why leave out the abilty to sort by any field in that table?
