How do I get a direct install?

My 2 installs used to he phone and MacBook.

Nope. It is currently installed only on my phone.

I uninstalled Evernote a couple weeks ago because it wouldn't open. Every time I tried to open it I got an error message saying "Something went wrong on our end, sorry about that. Please try restarting Evernote." I can't start it, I can't quit it, and I can't uninstall it. The only way I can do anything is to force quit my entire computer, and make that the box to reopen windows on restart is not checked. So. . . I uninstalled it after a reboot. Well, today I tried to install it again and the same thing happened. This is ridiculous. I've been an Evernote user since forever, but I'm about to ditch it for good.

When I try to save an article, I get an error message telling me I need to upgrade because I've exceeded my limits (see screenshot). When I go to my account information, it shows me I still have 99% of my limit remaining for the month. What's going on?
