Dark Mode for Windows

So after 2 years dark mode is possible in everything except Windows? That's a crock of S%&^ I've been paying for it for years but I'll be cancelling my sub today to find a windows alternative from a company that actually value Windows users. This is such a basic feature in 2020. If the code base can't support it, then change the code base.
