Really don't understand why such a major bug still not fixed until 2022

Oh yes, i didn't realize it moved to the bottom. thanks a lot. 

I cannot find a easy way to add a new tag in the new evernote, have to go the tag section and add a new tag there then go back to the note and choose the tag. can you add back the create new tag feature like the old version? 

Please refer to below video demo, Evernote automatically added a line break in the copied text which created so many trouble when I copy and paste items like a password from it ...
