About mcparrella

  1. I have the same question as the OP. Unless I am missing something obvious, I can't find any "Display options" on the menu. I'm using the new beta on the Kindle Fire. The only items in the menu button are "sign out" and "full screen". The Evernote settings screen has nothing. What am I missing? I too would prefer a list view over the snippet style.
  2. I installed the update. After a 1 minute test, it seems to be working great! I am guardedly optimistic! Thanks EverNote Team.
  3. Still waiting.... I understand the Pre is not a high-volume user group. Who knows what will happen in the next few months, with several WebOS devices being released (both phone and tablet), if WebOS will get a bigger market share. But the loss of functionality for so long is very frustrating. I don't have any plans to upgrade my phone (unless someone out there wants to donate to the cause), so I'm stuck until you guys fix the app. Using the mobile web interface is a non-starter for quick access, unless I'm in a pinch. -Mark
  4. Sorry about being late, I hadn't checked the forum in a few days. I currently have 231 notes (211 in 1 notebook, 20 in another). 55 tags. Many of my notes are web clippings, some have scanned magazine pages, some have attached documents (.doc, .pdf, etc). I just tried it again, and after sitting bogged down for a few minutes, I received the "too many cards" warning. Is that enough info? --Mark
  5. I just installed the update to my Palm Pre (original, not a Plus), and it still is a major system hog. It ran, but was one step short of being frozen. I am running at stock clock speeds. So, I wasn't able to test any features. -Mark
  6. Evernote team, Could you give us a status on your fix to the bug in the current WebOS version? I had recieved a response to my support email stating that your team had found the bug and were working the fix. I know I can use the online slim version of Evernote, but my usage of Evernote has slowed drastically since the error was discovered. Maybe a mental block? Anyway, A fix would definitely be appreciated. Thank you.
  7. I am having the same issue. After latest update, the app completely overloads my phone and makes it freeze. I am running the most recent WebOS on a Palm Pre, without overclocking - no mods. Please help!
  8. Hi, I'm not sure this has been mentioned before - but I looked, and I haven't seen it. I use Evernote for many things, and the Palm Pre app works well for me. However, one thing I would like to see is an additional view option for a Title List, like on the mobile website or the desktop app. That would be in addition to the thumbnail and metadata views. One thing I use Evernote for is as a list manager, and being able to see just the titles would help a lot. Because of this, I frequently find myself using the mobile site instead of the app. Thanks!
