  1. My Evernote Plus subscription recently rolled to a new year and I was charged accordingly. I quickly cancelled Evernote Plus. The Evernote Refund Policy seems to indicate that I am entitled to a refund. The relevant language follows:

"For any annual Individual Paid Service subscription fee, Evernote will process a refund if the request is received within sixty days of the date of the payment."

Am I entitled to a refund?

@Martin Saxby and @Ray Sidney-Smith, please see my first post in the thread! Cronofy engineers are aware of the problem (resulting from a recent change in Evernote), and are working on a solution. I will post here as soon as I hear anything from them. No harm in others contacting them too, and posting what they learn here.

With the caveat that I am new to this tool, Evernote Calendar Connector seems to be working for me now too. However, some changes seem to take a good while to sync.

  3. I am trying to link my EN Reminders to my Google calendar using Evernote Calendar Connector, an EN-approved third-party application provided by Cronofy. Immediately after authorizing the link between my EN account and Evernote Calendar Connector, I got an error message (see attached).

Notwithstanding the error message, I received confirmation from EN that the link was created. Prior to receiving the EN confirmation, I received a similar confirmation from Google. No reminders show up in my Google calendar. I looked at the EN Activity Log, but I cannot make much sense out of it. Thanks for any advice.
