Thanks 'gazumped', you are correct, the note in question was one shared with me and by chance the note a looked at as 'test' also happened to be one shred with me. I do have Note History for Notes I have created, so the answer although I don't understand why it makes any difference is that Note History is not available for Notes that have been shared with you.

I am using the Mac Desktop app. I also checked by checking Evernote Web through Chrome. Both look exactly thff we same ( no sign of Note History)

I have a Personal subscription. Recently some content from a Note disappeared. Looking at help I am advised to View Note Info however within the Note Info there is no option there to view the Note history. (See screenshot). Any help to recover the missing info gratefully received

Thanks for this. TBH I'm not sure I'm any clearer! From my previous billing it looks like I was a Premium user paying £4 per month. Last August my Invoice shows £54.99 but with a Discount of £22.00. Any idea which of the options you detail above that would apply to me and why did I get a discount last year but not this?

I've just been billed for the next 12 months. I have been an Evernote subscriber for many years. Last year it looks like I paid £32.99 for 12 months Personal Account, this year I have been billed £54.99, a huge increase. Does this look right ? Can anyone explain what I have missed? TIA

I'm struggling with Checklists and Check Boxes Using the square brackets shortcut initially gives me a Checklist, repeating then gives me a Checkbox (formatted slightly below the Checklist) see image. Using Insert Checkbox then 'Return' to create a new line appears to convert the Checkbox to a Checklist. This is hugely frustrating. I just want multiple rows of Checkboxes. Any idea how to do this easily? TIA

I've created a few Templates of my own and I would like these to display as suggested template options when I create a new Note. Can anyone help me to do this? Currently I can only find the option to add Evernote Templates as Suggested options? TIA

Does anyone know why the new Mac app puts the note in a central strip in the centre of the note leaving a huge white border down each side.. Evernote web appears to use the full area of the note

A process of elimination has led me to understand that this seems to be a problem only with 'Shared Notebooks'. I am able to move Notes into other personal notebooks but not into Notebooks shared with me. I get this error message "You need permission to move notes into this notebook" It is not clear how the Owner of the destination Notebook grants this required permission.
