Filterize has decided to throw the towel and stops all operations on december 31st. They state difficulties with the API. Filterize: End of Life Dear Filterize users, We regret to inform you that Filterize will be shutting down on December 31st, 2023. We understand that this is disappointing news, and we apologise for the short notice and any inconvenience. We've made the difficult decision to shut down Filterize after long consideration. Mounting technical challenges in the Evernote integration make keeping Filterize alive an impossibility at this point. All subscriptions will be terminated on December 1st. Regardless of when your renewal would have been due in December, you will be able to keep using Filterize for the remainder of the month. We want to thank all of you for your support over the years. We loved seeing how you pushed Filterize to the limit to improve your productivity and stay organised.

Dear Federico, Thx for the update. Just to be clear, the slow arrival of mailed in notes via e-mail and the problems with external apps (ifttt for example) are both related to the authentification issue?

It seems that Filterize Table of contents also started working again after the update. Great to see this progress!

Thank you for the update and investigation done. Keep up the good work. We know there are lots of things happening and much work to be done, so hiccups are to be expected. The road is bumpy but it'll pay off in the end.

It still seems to be hit or miss. Some arrive correctly after about 10 seconds, some just don't show up in a reasonable time. My email load will be about 100 e-mails a day. Has been working fine mostly but since the service release on the backend last wednesday it's very unstable. Friday was a very hard day, with long wait times (over 10 hours). Now it's just quite random with about a 50/50% chance of arriving in normal fashion of about 10secs to a minute, the rest will hopely turn up later in the day.

Note loading seems to have improved. But certainly not fixed. Some notes still take forever to load … Even notes that have been opened on my computer yesterday are struggling to open today. We can’t keep going on like this forever, for now « i can live with it » but it’s getting very much to te level of frustration and losing so much time « by using a prodictivity software ». Note loading should get close to instantly, and that’s clearly not the case right now. I do understand that it’ll go in fases but there is still a lot of improvement to be made.

You could use a tool like textexpander, make a snippet for that word with a link to the specific note, that way you only have to link it once and it happens automatically afterwards
