When I save a PDF down to Dropbox (>Send >Share >Save to Dropbox) the button to complete the action is missing! There are no button to cancel or complete the task. You can Choose a different folder and rename the file, but then there is no "Send" or "Share" or "Cancel" or whatever button is to move on. I'm on the latest iOS.
