Evernote doesn't seem to care about loyal customers. Waited patiently for years for new features without complaining. Well looked at the behind the scenes series and showed understanding. Now there are new features only for a higher fee. Unbelievable. New features are included with a subscription model. Especially little things like an AND and OR search. I am very disappointed and unfortunately no longer trust Evernote after 12 years of loyalty.
