Same experience. Did double-Klick to open a note and it works.

Check your settings under "Notes" - "Edit protection". I assume that protection is bug-fixed now so we see this effect by using evernote.

i did. Additionaly same issue on a second brand new device.

same for me. This issue seems to break the use of sharing content from other apps on my android. as a workaround i start evernote manually before switching back to the other app and click share to evernote 😞

Exactly same issue over here but only on my very new smartphone with Android 10. My assumption is that this device did not have a full sync of all needed information until now (my DB is huge :-)) 

I cannot help with this issue but on my side I see a similair issue. I started to use brand new Android 10 device and installed Evernote. The installation happened seemless but I cannot save a new Note on this device. Syncing notes and editing notes is all fine but not able to save a new note. When i try to save a new note the green hook in the left top site does not get green to indicate there is a change and it's not klickable but greyed out. 

i tried to add all available app permissions on android system level but no effect on this.

Any ideas?

I have another Android Smartphon in use which does not show same effect.
