Hi, I migrate to Joplin. It can import notes and notebooks from .enex files that can be created through Evernote client. Didn't know about nested folders because I didn't use such functionality. It is cross platform with clients on win/mac/linux/android/iOS. I migrated to them from evernote because of markdown support
