  1. FINDING: I have found more notes "Note unavailable" via the Win 10 app. However, I discovered that notes I tested are available via the web browser version on Evernote. So the content is in the cloud but it is "unavailable" on the Win 10 app.
  2. Based on the content of the note, it appears that the note was created in Jan 2022. However, the only versions available to recover are from Jan 2023.
  3. FYI: FAILED TEST: I tried restarting Evernote application on Win 10 and that did NOT make the note viable.
  4. PROBLEM: original note in Evernote on Win 10 app would not load. WORKAROUND: In original note, I clicked on ". . . " > Note History > Restore [select latest version of 3 versions listed] That created a note from a version I selected in the "In Box". However, this "restored" note does not copy the version history from the first note. I don't recall if the latest version I could recover from about one year ago was actually my last version of this note. Based on "updated" field, this was my most recent update to the note. FYI: FAILED TEST: I tried restarting Evernote application on Win 10 and that did make the note viable. My internet is connected and working and provides a download speed over 300 Mbps. All rights reserved SEARCH bug: searching ALL notes for, i.e., "Dehumidifier" when pressing enter EN app blinks but still shows ALL notes. Clicking search and clicking on the same search word gives me proper results. ======================= SECOND BUG - "Permissions lost." error dialogue box The dialog box contains the following error message. I have seen it twice today. I click continue. The message is a mistake. I am the only user with permission to access everything. This looks like a bug in the recent update. ---- "Permissions lost" You no longer have access to the Notebook_name notebook. ---
  6. 7:49 AM 11/12/2020 I just downloaded version 10 to migrate for current latest version. I COULT NOT OPEN MY ATTACHMENTS. This is USELESS to me. It cost me hours to research, install, reboot. reconfigure "LEGACY" to recover to where I was when I started this morning. I hope Evernote discovers a better quality control process. Now I need to spend time shopping the competition for a reliable tool. Very disappointed with the glossy email Evernote sent to me regarding v10. I had too much confidence in Evernote and got fooled into upgrading. P.S. I am not interested in spending hours trying to give PD info [problem determination]. I need Evernote to be as reliable as a 100 year old letter opener! QUALITY COUNTS. Clean up your act.
  7. I am experiencing Scannable issues with color as well. I have latest Scannable version installed (2.3.3) on iOS at latest update (13.3. 1) running hardware iPhone 7 Plus. I check for updates to iOS and app weekly and always update both when updates are available. I tried ambient office lighting and a photographic copy stand with special photographic halogen lighting that I use to reproduce historic artifacts accurately for presentations. . For some reason, some pages (mostly the 1st page of a pdf) look like Sepia toned photographs on the halogen lighting. The second page comes out like I would expect - more accurate. I have no problem usually with monochrome copy sources until recently. I recently copied one document and would only scan the 2nd page accurately. The halogen lights work great for an iPhone camera photos so I suspect the sepia tone issue is an artifact of Scannable processing. Sample attached for your consideration.
