    I'm experiencing the same issue. MacBook Pro, High Sierra v.10.13.6 I've been experiencing this for over a year now and have tried all the fixes suggested in this thread. At this point I'm ready to move onto another platform. @EverNote No bug should persist for this long, especially one experienced by so many users. Get your act together and fix this problem.
