  1. Thanks, yea when I get back I'll hold off on upgrading my own instance.
  2. I've been on vacation and I guess I missed the new version everyone is talking about. Funny enough, an hour ago I persuaded a family member to try Evernote over Notion and Asana. We signed up for the premium trial, downloaded the Mac desktop app. 10 minutes in -- Where the heck did local notebooks go? You can no longer drag one notebook onto another to create a stack? And you used to be able to encrypt foo text, then edit the encrypted text to add/remove; now you have to decrypt entirely to edit?
  3. Thanks for the link. Not sure why command ' doesn't work for me
  4. I've read on this forum in the Mac desktop for Evernote it's command ' But trying that doesn't work for me. I partly use Evernote for tagged action items (about three dozen per day) so it would be convenient if I can add / remove tags using just the keyboard while in the note, without having to go to the cursor.
  5. Tried from two personal accounts (Gmail and Protonmail) and a work email (hosted at MIT); email works between each of those. I'll try waiting some more, I didn't realize it could take a while. It's been about 2 hours. Thanks!
  6. I use Evernote's select-text-to-encrypt and local notebooks. If Evernote offered the ability to just as easily, and securely, encrypt notes and notebooks (allowing you to attach PDFs, which currently you can't do with select-text-to-encdrypt), I'd put things like my tax records and scans of IDs in Evernote. I'd also be willing to pay a bit more for the functionality. That's just me though; I do pay separately for a ID theft monitoring service.
  7. Is this working for everyone else? I've tried forwarding from ProtonMail and Gmail to my Evernote email address, nothing comes through though. Emails between those two accounts work. Resetting the Evernote email doesn't seem to work. I've checked both in the Mac Evernote version and the Web version.
  8. This no longer works for me, using Evernote 7.11 in High Sierra 10.13.6. Command ' doesn't do anything.
