I've been an active user for several years, but have a basic question about system-wide file maintenance that has always puzzled me. After I create new doc using an app on my MAC (e.g. Word), save it to a MAC folder, and then paste it into Evernote, what is the best thing to do with the file now in the Mac folder? My current view is just ignore the folders, etc. and only access through Evernote? But wondering if I'm missing something that is probably obvious???
