Add tag Shortcut Problem

Hi, I think this problem is a bug because it work in legacy app. Anyway I experienced another shortcut issues. 1. On macbook air there is one key for both "<" and ">". For this reason "increase font size" is impossible. 2. I can't align font left or right. When I hold CMD + Option there is no way to reach "{" or "}" character. -
I can't use "Add tag" shortcut. I don't know what is this character on the picture. How can I add notes tags without click on tags area?
