After log out, can't even log in

After update to 10.1.7. search stop working on my mac. I'm facing the same issue. Could you please delgate to the programmer? The Chinese version fixed the issue they might know the reason. I really hope this issue could be resolved. Otherwise I won't renew my Evernote Premium.
