I never want evenote to embed a link. I do not want in my notes to have youtube videos or google drive special widgets. I just want in my notes to have normal links like in any other windows documents. I paste a lot of youtube links in my documents and for each and every of them I need to click the three dots and then to transform the embedded content into a link. For a document with 50 youtube links this becomes very laborious and sometimes I think about using another software for these particular task. Yesterday I posted a google dive docs link and it embedded in something that wasn't even accessible (it opened evernote.com and prompted me to log in? nah, i just want to go to the link. For my particular usecases, a global setting that says "Disable link embedding" would be very helpful and will make my workflows faster and will take away a lot of three dots click click hassle.
