By now, we are in December 2019, and in Evernote 7.13 this issue still is not fixed! I am using a MBP 2015 with Mac OS Catalina 10.15.1, and my main monitor is a Dell U2715H at 2560x1440. The font rendering is just a pain on the eyes.
