Any news on this? still happening

I have detected that this issue also happens when I use the "new note" button from with the desktop app in Mac Last time was a few minutes ago, at 10:29 (CEST) I captured the note and didn't appear as shared until I quit the application and start it again at 10:33. Hello @Nick L., IFTTT was an example, this happens to me when using the web clipper. And I use It a lot in Safari 14.0. Every note captured with the web clipper gets automatically shared Thank you in advance

Every new note coming from the web clipper or a third party system (IFTTT) gets shared after selecting in the list. (if you don't select or interact with the list it doesn't get shared) Which is really annoying and insecure
