  1. I've read lots of threads about this but never found the answer. When reading PDFs I often take notes in evernote & copy/paste quotes i plan to use. however, i can't figure out how to lose the formatting when I paste it over & there are always awkward line breaks. (this is my main issue) For some reason command+shift+V doesn't work in evernote for me (nothing happens). I've tried selecting & applying "simplify formatting" and "remove formatting" - and nothing changes (and I can't actually find an explanation anywhere about what those 2 options do) any suggestions? either, a way to paste in the text & then apply a custom style w/in evernote? do a find / replace? (but evernote doesn't seem to recognize \n as a line break) something else? I'd prefer not to have to process this thru another app, etc... Lastly - it just took me AGES to figure out how to even send this message. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact support directly anymore? thx all
  2. scanning the messages above am wondering if anyone has been able to isolate the issues to specific types of notes - like those with tasks? or those with attachments?
  3. i've been dealing with all of these things for the last few weeks. i have submitted a ticket, updated software whenever that's possible, etc... things seemed to improve for a few days and i was optimistic that everything had been resolved, then when I was on a work call on Friday, I realised that all of the notes I had made in preparation for the call had vanished ... sigh ... Like many of you, I"ve been using Evernote for over a decade and am so so disappointed about this.
  4. I've had the same issue for hte past 2 days. funny enough it started with UPS website also. After an hour on the phone with apple care we disabled the extension & had success. I also had it happen on the Chevy website when I clicked on the Chevy Tahoe - it all went white.
  5. I have a long commute & would love to be able to dictate notes to myself while I'm driving - hands free. I've got an iPhone & CarPlay & created a Siri Shortcut in Evernote to open a specific note - but then I have to refer to the phone and touch the little tiny microphone button, which defeats the purpose of trying to do this hands free. Has anyone come up with a better way to do this?
