Please help! It's so unusable now, especially oniOS

So, the problem is somewhere in my account as I: 1) exported all my notes 2) deleted ALL my notebooks with notes 3) signed out from Evernote, deleted my base, re-install it both on Windows and iOS There are still old (MULTIPLIED!) notebook names appearing in sidebar in Windows and NO notebooks at all in iOS (although I've created one new for default)

So, I've started to see multiplied notebooks in left menu together with old notebooks which I've deleted. Also, when I'm trying to move note to other notebook - list of available notebooks is empty. (see Windows1.png and Windows2.png) In iOS version - this bug goes further - here I don't see ANY notebooks neither in left and main menus (see iOS1.png and iOS2.png) Only in Web-version, all is good and I see precisely 5 my notebooks both in left and main menus (see WebVers.png) I've already tried to create new notebooks and delete old ones. So, names of old ones are still shown in Evernote Left Menu for Windows. Also have tried to reinstall Evernote both on Windows and iOS with logging out and deleting data. Nothing helps. Using Evernote version 10.1 for Windows and newest available for iOS
