  1. For example, I have a shopping list in the shortcut list. At the top of the note, I use a checkbox list to write down what I want to buy and below it, I mention feedback, meals, items, and internal notes links. I expect (and I want) the note to appear similar to any other note view – show from top - for consistency. I understand that someone might need such a feature, so I wish to make a more customized option in settings that allow the user to define the start view of the note as of from top or bottom. Thanks!
  2. I used Google Tasks along with Google Calendar before switching completely to Evernote Tasks, to have all tasks in one place for productivity. Evernote Tasks are not reliable to use. The following things I noticed: The completed tasks from the left bar "Tasks/Notes" are not showing completed after moving them from one note to another. The tasks are as if not completed yet. Some tasks disappeared from the actual Note and "Tasks" view after moving them from one note to another. This is annoying because I needed to create one again and mention the date. The repeated daily/weekly tasks are kept in overdue and not shown again – not repeated. It just appears again once marked completed. In Google Tasks, daily tasks appear separately, and I can leave the missed one and track the one after. This is useful for me to get notifications, track my progress and count the missed days. I wish Evernote tasks appear in the "Home" > "Calendar" widgets similar as Google Tasks showed them on Google Calendar. This is useful to check all today's duties in one place. I use Evernote tasks for personal use. I don't see the point of keeping "My tasks", "Assigned" categories in "Tasks" view. Furthermore, I wish it's customized to keep the "Due dates" first and "Notes" second. Evernote's tasks don't support having a note's internal link in them. The link will appear as URL and not note title. Furthermore, hyperlinks are not supported in tasks. I want to use it to view task description/progress. One of the reasons to upgrade my phone is to use Evernote Tasks, my old phone OS was Android 8.0. In my new phone (Xiaomi 11T), I did all the settings to prevent the battery from stopping the application from the background and no restriction. However, I never got tasks notification from the app. I missed it multiple times. I need to open the application to view them. I give Evernote Tasks a try by switching to completely for my daily life. IMHO, Evernote Tasks are not reliable and still need more improvement.
  3. I got this error dialog (shown in the attached image) once I turned on my computer and opened Evernote. It didn't affect my work or lead to anything I can notice.
  4. It happened to me again while moving an audio record from one note to another note inside EN. This is annoying.
  5. Hi @PinkElephant, This is "General Feature Requests" in Evernote Forums, not Reddit. Your response is not clear and not related. I guess I will leave 😐
  6. I moved recently from the legacy version of EN. In the new version, the toolbar is ignored. I used to rely on it to access quickly the shortcuts. Can you please bring the customization and add shortcuts again to the toolbar? Thanks!
  7. Thanks for your feedback. Interesting, I don't know how to help fix it. For clarification, I was not moving from outside Evernote to Evernote. I was moving content inside Evernote. From one note to another, as a part of sorting and organizing. I hope it will be fixed.
  8. The Calendar widget at Home would make more sense to be vertical and not just horizontal. I would give me a good look into the events and add a note. Thanks!
  9. After moving from the Legacy version to the new version of Evernote, I started getting this error and this is annoying. I was sorting my notes. I moved media (images, and voices note) from one note to another in between my notebooks. What I do it, I "cut" (also I tried copy, but same thing) from one note and "past" on another note. It works for 80% and the rest, I got the error. The downside of cut, result into the content is removed from the original note, and for the other note (that showed the error) is showing the media content as "undefined" (can't be viewed or displayed) – the content is lost. For that, I need to restore the original note and try again. It keeps happening. I tried: I tried in another attempt, and didn't work. I tried to close the tool and try again, didn't work. I tried to download it on desktop and then upload it again, it works. But this is time-consuming and annoying. I tried the legacy version (💘), worked as expected, superfast as well. I tried to use the new Evernote version after using the legacy one, it works then got break again. I tried to copy one media at a time and paste it next to the "undefined" media, it worked, and I have both the displaying the media. I tried to view the media and then copy and paste it, it didn't work. I don't do this often, but this is not reliable. Thanks!
  10. I have some notes with long title. And I prefer the side list view of the notes. While navigating my notes, whenever I move the courser over the notes title from the list view, the note with long titles shows a tooltip text that displays over the upper notes text. The tooltip feature is good, but I don't need it and would rather not see the whole title of the note. So, I wish there was a customized setting to allow me to switch off this feature. Thanks!
  11. The GIF in the middle of the page that indicates the page is loading. Preventing me from adding anything to the note while showing. I need to check another note and then check it again to disappear. I don't understand why it was showing in the first place, knowing that the note is almost empty. This loading in the middle of the page happened randomly (no specific note or event). I am new to the new version of Evernote. I switched from the legacy version (💘) after you guys showed me to check for update every day. Thanks!
  12. I have a notebook that is dedicated to tasks/things I want to do, I call it "Backlogs" (you can consider it to be TODOs, and it's my default notebook). For searching the note, I rely on the tags because I may move the note from the "Backlogs" notebook to another one. This way allows me to follow up/track of the notes later on. So, it'll be great to make automation (or 'rules' similar to Outlook email) that allow me to add a specific tag to every newly created note in my selected notebook automatically. Thanks!
