In Evernote for Android, in the Settings - Sync menu, find at the top: Notes Cannot modify when device master syncing is disabled. I think this has something to do with the Android settings in the "Settings/Data usage/Menu/Auto-sync data" path. It often makes sense to disable this to save mobile data traffic on a metered connection.

My solution was in the Windows internet settings. This post helped me sort it out: https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/108777-evernote-and-vpn/?do=findComment&comment=496326 I unchecked "Use proxy" and Bingo! - everything worked again.

They all seem, at first glance, to come from another Windows machine that is able to sync without problems. But since June 07, on sync has been possible on this current machine with the bug.

After pressing Ctrl while clicking sync I get "No matching notes found"

Same problem here. My EN 6.24.2.8919 (308919) Public (CE Build ce-62.6.10954) will not sync either. The activity log says 17:17:32 [ERROR ] [11132] [17056] 100% Can't send HTTP request, error: INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT 17:17:35 [INFO ] [11132] [6496] GA-GA: Failed to send event (error(800c0005): The system cannot locate the resource specified.) Any ideas?

Same here, sporting notes not synced since March 31. No solution in sight.
