Just like Apple Notes, would like the ability to Pin notes, so they stay at the top of the list. I have done some work arounds to create an Action Items folder, along with working with Tags. It causes me to jockey around to get the view I'm looking for, to keep my most important items at the top of the list.

Would be nice to be able to send an email vs. share when trying to communicate with someone. I would like to use this like a poor man's CRM and with a few tweaks, I think the platform could be great for this. Second enhancement, want the ability to tie threads together like they do with Hey.com. This way, you can link a group of notes/emails into a common thread. Would be much more effective in staying organized without having to search for fragmented notes/emails. For Project management, this would also be beneficial. Having the ability to tie together notes/emails and be able to followup with tracking would be invaluable.

I agree. Just like Apple Notes now has this capability. All Pinned notes are at the top, above non pinned notes. If you select "All iCloud", then all Pinned notes are at the top, no matter which folder they are stored.
