  1. spotbanana, please try downloading and installing a fresh copy: Quit Evernote from the elephant icon in the menu bar Download this: http://www.evernote.com/about/download/ ... vernoteMac That should contain a new version of "Evernote" Drag the new Evernote application into your Mac's "Applications" folder to replace the old one Start Evernote Please let me know if that fixes the problem. Thanks
  2. Hey Steve. The following portion of your log makes me think there is something wrong with the copy of Evernote you have on your machine: Can you try downloading and running a fresh copy from the website and see if that helps at all? If not, please export one of the notes causing you trouble (as an .enex file) and direct message me so I can take a look at it. Thanks!
  3. This problem only occurs on 10.5.8 and will be fixed in the next Mac release.
  4. A pre-release version of Evernote for Mac (1.8.2 Beta 1) has been posted here: http://www.evernote.com/about/download/ ... releaseMac See the release notes for details: https://evernote.s3.amazonaws.com/mac/p ... Notes.html
  5. Although, if you know how to apply XSLT transformations you'll probably know how to parse and process the XML generated by an ENEX export.
  6. You can also right-click directly on an image or PDF in the note content editor and choose "Save As..." to save a copy of the file. You can also drag-and-drop an image from the note content editor. We plan to add drag-and-drop support for PDFs.
  7. Pete, could you try opening one of these killer PDFs in Preview and try searching through it and scrolling all the way through it to see if it locks up Preview?
  8. We have a bug filed with the mac client to allow dragging an attachment within a note to move it to a new location.
  9. Sorry, the gray highlighting has not changed. The fix I was referring to was the original issue of the gray highlighting returning after a few seconds when clicking in a note.
  10. If you click on a message in Mail.app, hit Cmd-C to copy it, then select "Paste to Evernote" from the Elephant menu, the email message will be pasted as a new note in Evernote, and the "source URL" field for the note will be filled in with a message:// link back to the original email message.
  11. Thanks for the report. I've filed a bug against the Mac client.
