Hello, I've been using Evernote paid version for a few years. Within the past couple of months, Evernote has been automatically refreshing every few seconds while I'm editing a note, which is very disruptive because it bounces me out of the area I'm editing and I then have to scroll back to find where I was making the edit and start over each time it happens, which is every few seconds. I've tried using Chrome incognito mode as well but this doesn't help. Are there any settings to be adjusted within Evernote to fix this issue? On another topic, sometimes I cannot log into Evernote. I"m using Macbook /iOS and Chrome browser (latest version). The message I get from Evernote is that I must update to the latest version of Chrome , or the other option is to revert back to the old version of Evernote. I'm using the most recent/updated version of Chrome. Often times I'll try loggin into Evernote and just see the spinning wheel icon that it's loading but I'm not able to get in. Is there any way to fix this issue? Thank you.

I've been using Evernote for years and it works great with one major exception: frequently it's incredibly SLOW! For no apparent reason, I'll be in the middle of using Evernote the way I typically would and then Evernote will just freeze up completely or I'll see the spinning circular icon indicating that Evernote is trying to load. While this happens Evernote becomes useless and I have to stop using it. Nothing seems to help fix the slow loading issues. I've tried updating Evernote, closing/reopening it, logging out/logging back in, clearing cache/cookies, rebooting my Macbook, etc. Evernote: do you have any definitive plan to fix these issues and to speed up load times? If so, WHEN can we all expect these slow loading issues to be fixed once and for all? Please advise. I'm a big fan of Evernote and would like to keep using it, but to do so the slow loading issues need to be fixed. Otherwise, I'll have to look for some other alternative. Thank you!

Hello, Today several of my very important notes disappeared from the web/browser based version on my Macbook. The notes are still on my iphone X. I tried restarting my mac, synching devices, etc. but the notes are still missing from the web version. WHY? Is there a way to fix this? Sean
