  1. I subscribed for Premium a while ago, expecting to get reliable service sooner or later. It is still unreliable, and I probably unsubscribe soon if this does not change. The Windows version I have on my computer is not called Beta. However, it is like having a Beta product. From time to time I forget that Evernote for Windows is currently in Beta, and do not manually check if a note is synchronized. I save a note, work with the computer for some hours (my sync preference is each 5 minutes), then go to another place and discover that my note was not synchronized. Sometimes this results in great personal or business inconvenience. Let us say that I have an editor which in 1% of cases does not save the text, so each time I have to open file explorer and check if the file was saved. This means this editor is in Beta. If I have to troubleshoot in order to use the main function of a product (in the case of Evernote, it is saving notes), this product is in Beta. If a product can silently betray me unless I do an update, this product is in Beta. If new updates appear each several days, the product is in Beta. If it says in the troubleshooting page "Update to the latest version of Evernote - Sync errors are often fixed with product updates.", this product is in Beta. P.S. I do not work for Evernote. Therefore, I do not want to spend my time discussing the issues I have with the main function of your product. I just want to know, if you are planning to release a version, which is stable at least w.r.t. the main function of your product.
