While I appreciate you taking ownership over the issues we are facing, but let's be honest here. Apple did not release the new version overnight. The beta has been available to developers (even public beta) since early July. I have many other extensions that have been updated by the developers during last 3 months that work fine under Safari 13. If you want us to subscribe to the premium version each year, please make sure we don't experience something like this in the future. Thanks.
