Hi @gazumped Thank you for your advise. There was a symbol in the tab app to make the note full. So notes are coming properly now. Thanks.

On my Lenovo tab, notes are being displayed in only half page. Half page shows the different shortcuts and half page shows the note that I have opened. I want to see the whole note on the page like in my Samsung mobile, and like it used to show in my Lenovo tab. This problem is coming after I updated my Evernote app on Lenovo tab today. I had not updated my Evernote app on my Lenovo tab from a long time. Kindly guide. Thanks

Hi @gazumped My device is android mobile and I am currently using the latest version of Evernote that is V. 10.52.2 When I tried to check what error is showing after seeing your reply, I realized that shortcut was added, but randomly anywhere in the list of shortcuts, not in any order first to last. So, I had felt that shortcuts are not being added. But the shortcut I added to one of my notes now was shown third on the list of shortcuts. How do I get it in order so that the last shortcut I add is seen last in my list of shortcuts.

I got an email from Evernote that they will not be sending otp by message during login to our accounts to avoid insecurity to our accounts. What is the new 2 factor authentication process for logging in. And how can I log in using back up codes. Where can I access back up code in my Evernote account?

I can't add shortcut to notes on latest after the latest Evernote update.

@agsteele Thanks for your advice. But I need the applock. I have installed an older version of Evernote which was downloaded in my mobile from Evernote in playstore before the update. And now it seems to be working well now. I have also put autoupdates off in playstore. Only problem is that when sharing files to Evernote message cones that "Files permission required" and the file does not get shared into Evernote. This problem has been solved in the latest version of Evernote in which I could share files into Evernote. Buy since the screen becomes blank on my mobile in this update, I can't go for this update. Thanks.

@gazumped After uninstalling the Evernote app with Revo Uninstaller, and installing it again. The app worked well for 2 day and again it has gone blank. I had an older version of Evernote apk in my mobile which I have installed. Should that work because I think the problem of my screen going blank is due to the updated latest version.

@gazumped @agsteele Thanks for your replies. @gazumped I have uninstalled the Evernote app using Revo Uninstaller. The app worked well for around a day before also and then used to go blank. I will check for a day if the screen doesn't go blank now after uninstalling it with Revo uninstaller and let you know. Thanks.

Fazar I am using a Samsung A22 and this problem is there on this mobile. So what did you do to solve the problem?

The latest version of evernote got downloaded automatically. And after some time when I tried to open it, the screen was blank white. I tried uninstalling and installing it again and still the same problem was there. The screen was always blank when I opened the Evernote app. I tried downloading an older version of Evernote from Uptodown. I had downloaded an older version from Uptodown once before and it was quite fine. But after the autoupdate the screen began going blank whenever I opened Evernote app. But this time when I used the same apk file to install Evernote and when I tried to login after putting my password I was asked to put 6 digit code sent on my mobile. But I got a 10 digit code from some unknown source on my mobile number. I copied the 10 digit code and pasted it in the six digit code requirement. Only the first six digits got pasted and I got a message wrong code. So I again tried to login and this time again I received a 10 digit code on my mobile number from the same unknown source. And at that time my messages app flashed spam detected. I got scared and I uninstalled the Evernote app quickly. So, I wanted to know which is a good trustable source to download older version of the Evernote app.

@agsteele I read the article @HeBoIz has given on red screen. From that I can see that we can install older versions of Evernote from apk files from Google. But I installed the last version of Evernote before the current version and the "files permission requested" problem is still there. Can you kindly guide?

@PinkElephant @agsteeleI am thinking of taking a Vivo y75 8 128. Does Vivo android phones support evernote well? My budget is around 22 thousand thay is around 300 US dollars. so I cannot go for an iPhone.
