I'm using Windows 10 (x64) on an AMD 7 bought 2 and a half years ago. I installed Evernote 10.9.10 on an AMD 5 also with Windows 10 (x64) and it works fine there (no messages showing up). Yeah, I'll contact Support.

Hello, Today I installed Evernote 10.9.10 in place of 6.25. Whenever I open Evernote, Windows prompt me twice with the message "This app can't run on your PC". As soon as I press the "Close" button on both pop-up windows, Evernote opens and works fine. That message didn't show up on version 6.25. I tried countless times uninstalling and re-installing Evernote but to no avail. The messages keep appearing. I would appreciate any help.

Hi, I have web-clipper extension installed in my Chrome Dev browser. It used to work perfect, but not today. I've tried to clip several different online articles by clicking on evernote's chrome extension icon (the green elephant), but what it does all the time is executing the "Login to Evernote" option from the right-click menu. Since I'm already logged in, it shows a pop-up window saying that login was successful (first pic). After the pop-up window is gone, it shows a new one about evernote cookies (second pic). I updated Chrome Dev, uninstalled and reinstalled Web Clipper but to avail. It used to work perfectly with Chrome Dev until today. What should I do to make it work again? Edit: I manage to fix the problem by uninstalling and re-installing Chrome Dev. Apparently, it was an issue of Chrome Dev, not Web Clipper.

Author's name and date of a creation/update can only be changed through Desktop app. Is it possible for it to change through Android app as well?

Many online articles that I save in Evernote using the Evernote Web-Clipper don't have a date of publication. Or they are magazine articles that only have year (2019) or month and year (e.g. September 2019) as date of publication. It would be great if you could include those dating options (i.e. no date, only year or only month&year) upon saving a note, as one may need to cite them as reference and needs to specify the exact date. Thanks.
